300 ton Electric Gantry Crane With Double-Trolley For Construction Of Hull Section For Ship Building
Description:
The gantry cranes are used for a wide variety of steps in ship assembly operations and provide the lifting capacity
required throughout the enture production process. Our crane installations already ensure efficient load handling
when work is carried out on the metal segments. They also guarantee that loads are precisely positioned - such

Features:
1. Material: All compression structural part of crane’s components chosen material with fine quality and meet
regulation. The important material has quality guarantee and inspection report.
2. Welding: In view of important welding seam and stress is more than tension weld of 70% allowance stress,
conducting fault detection check and take out 5% weld length by ultrasonic test. Inspection report provided to user.
3. Structure: The gantry frame is mainly including main girders, flexible leg and rigid leg. The flexible and rigid leg
structure is specially designed for large span. So the crane keep balance and reduce swinging while traveling.
